What's New: Our proprietary Burgundy Toast is a two-step
toasting process that gives a wide range of flavors and aro-
mas comparable to light-medium, medium, medium-plus
and dark toast in the same piece of wood. It is by far the
most complex caramelization of the wood sugars and cel-
lulose that we have ever accomplished. This toast delivers
the best mid-palate structuring and long finish comparable
to having three to four different barrels in respective toasts
to get similar results. French or northern American oak.
