The meters can be used with sensors to test pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen and ions. They feature a bright, mono TFT display that can be viewed at any angle down to 5° and in direct sunlight. Details: us.mt.com. ATP now offering Bartlett press membranes American Tartaric Products (ATP) is now offering press membranes by Australian manufacturer Bartlett Winery Products. Ac- cording to ATP, Bartlett membranes are made with 100% polyure- thane, which is four times stronger than PVC materials. Each membrane comes with a three-year warranty. WS yeast now available in dry form Enartis Vinquiry announced its WS yeast is now available as an active dry yeast. WS is a strain isolated from late-harvest Zinfan- del at Williams-Selyem Winery in Healds- burg, Calif., and considered one of the strongest strains from California. The unique characteristics of the yeast, which make it ideal for high-Brix juice and restart- ing stuck or sluggish fermentations, made it challenging to produce in a dry form. After extensive research and trials, Enartis micro- biologists in Italy were able to produce the yeast in a dry form to make storage and use simpler. Details: enartisvinquiry.com. Orion launches WiMS Cloud system Orion Wine Software announced the launch of its new WiMS Cloud system to leverage the data wineries use daily. Built on the Salesforce1 Platform and integrated with the existing WiMS system, the new WiMS Cloud is more accessible via mobile apps for Android and iPhone devices. WiMS Cloud also provides a "deep and dy- namic reporting system" and customizable dashboards to track key business metrics and share them in real time. Details: orion- winesoftware.com. Universal parts for progressing cavity pumps National Oilwell Varco announced that universal re- placement parts for progressing cavity pumps are now available through the company's process and flow technolo- gies division, which includes pump manu- facturer Moyno. The universal parts range contains a wide variety of parts that fit other PC pumps and are designed to pro- vide a competitive alternative for spare parts. Details: moyno.com. Blitzbinder cable ties for vines German manufacturer Allplastik has devel- oped a multiple-use cable tie for securing vines. The new Blitzbinder releasable cable tie is made with high-quality pre- mium material for strength and dura- bility. Quiet casters to reduce workplace noise Caster Concepts CasterShoX is a new line of shock-absorbing cast- ers that the company claims can reduce work- place noise by as much as or 90%, reduce shock by up to 80%, and costs less than conventional spring- loaded casters. Portable chillers by PolyScience PolyScience's 6000 Series Chillers provide up to 2,900 watts of heat removal at 68°F to bring juice to the right temperature for fermentation or to chill wine for tartrate precipitation. The unit can be hooked up to cold plates or a heat exchanger and features large, dual dis- plays for temperature and pressure or flow rate. High-performance pumps by Wilden Wilden, part of Dover Corp.'s Pump Solu- tions Group, introduced its new Advanced FIT line of air-operated double-diaphragm pumps that feature improved flow rates and are easier to in- stall. Bio-Fertilizers by Fungbact and Norcal Ag Norcal Ag announced it had entered into an exclusive distributor- ship with PAC Bio Fungbact, an India- based plant nutrient supplier. Nimitz nematicide approved by FDA ADAMA announced its non-fumigant ne- maticide received federal registration from the Environmental Protection Agency.
