The cleanser is designed to break down soils and fermenta- tion byproducts and also can be used in che- lating water hardness and neutralizing tartaric, malic and lactic acids. The heaters, which are suited for outdoor tasting areas, are equipped with new technol- ogy the producer claims can emit more heat, adding that the reflector is "so strong that it can support a foot of snow." 'Cobra' by A-B-C unveils new partition opener/inserter The new Model 70 is equipped with a dual servo-powered parti- tion-handling device that A-B-C Packaging says blends the open- ing and insertion of case partitions into one action for more ef- ficient case packing. The new DoorCom wireless intercom system has a range of 350,000 square feet and works with a portable two-way radio or desktop base station. The service allows guests to make tasting appointments online 24/7. Clients can track event availability, and CellarPass updates the winery's guest database with each reservation. New Holland improves IntelliSteer system New Holland's IntelliSteer auto-guidance system has been up- graded to allow a four-wheel-drive vehicle to engage a guidance swath in reverse. Once engaged, the IntelliSteer system will align the machine with the next swath while backing to the edge of the field. The operator can then drop the implement to begin working the next pass.
