Opti- Grape employs a pre-sorter and air-blast separator to remove MOG from harvest- ed grapes onboard the ma- chine. The pre-sorter separates whole grape clusters from loose berries. Clusters travel through a destemmer, and the de-stemmed fruit then rejoins the loose berries in a single stream that is sorted with an air blaster that removes stems, leaves, petioles and other debris. The entire sorting operation can be controlled and monitored from the operator's cabin.
