Wine Auction
Big names from the world of wine gath-
ered at Jackson Family Wines' La Crema
Estate at Saralee's Vineyard on Sept. 16
for a live auction that included visits from
national lawmakers and bites from celeb-
rity chefs. The event is part of Sonoma
Wine Country Weekend and this year
raised $5.2 million for local charitable
causes that benefit children and farm
workers including the Fund the Future
youth literacy campaign.
Ravenswood's Joel Peterson offered bidders the
