METRICS 12 WINES&VINES November 2016 Flash Offers Take Another Dive The Flash Report Complete flash data is available at winesandvines.com/flash D espite a massive sales push over the Labor Day Holiday weekend by the website Invino, which made 270 of- fers for domestic wines, the total number of offers in September fell by 9%. The 12-month total also remained flat, coming in 7% lower than the same period in 2015. Since Wine- Shopper is no longer an active flash website, Wines Vines Analytics moved Wired for Wine into the top 10 sites highlighted in the monthly metrics reports. Offers dropped against the previous year in almost every month of 2016. The decline is clearly evident when looking at 12-months of offers broken down by the states and regions where the wines originated. In nearly every major region, from California's North Coast to Washington, offers dropped compared to the previous year.
