SERIOUS RESULTS. Selectiv' Process Vision 2 by Pellenc The Pellenc Group is set to release the next genera- tion of its grape-sort- ing technol- ogy, Selectiv' Process Vision 2. The new system is comprised of a vibrating sorting table, conveyor and optical-sorting system that works with an ejection system to ensure only clean, high- quality fruit is retained. Pellenc reports the unit is easily controlled with an intuitive touchscreen panel that shows all processing indicators such as flow, load and ejection rate. Clean-in-place skid by FOGG The clean-in-place (CIP) skid unit by Fogg can mix, heat and deliver caustic and other chemicals and water to clean all product contact parts of your filler system. The company reports that each unit can be customized, but standard features typi- cally include two 300-gallon tanks, a steam-heat exchanger and three chemical dosage pumps. Free app for brand protection Stealth Mark announced that its StealthFire security software suite is available as a free application for the iPhone. The app can be used to track and determine the authentic- ity of items utilizing secure data within the Stealth Mark cloud-based security portal. New ball valves by Viega Viega ProPress systems introduced a new line of lead-free ball valves.
