The upgraded 20,000- square-foot winery has produced up to 48,000 cases per year and is now capable of accommodating both small and medium lots. Details: avenuewinegroup.com. CENTRAL Winery opens in southern Minnesota Chankaska Wines re- leased its first vintage made with local and out-of-state fruit. The winery located in Kasota, Minn., offers tours and tast- ings as well as special events venue space. Current production is 5,000 cases of wine but can grow to 8,000 cases per year. Infinite Monkey Theorem winery expanding Denver, Colo.-based urban winery Infinite Monkey Theorem is moving to a larger location and plans to expand its canned wine production to more than the equivalent of 200,000 cases within five years. Owner Ben Parsons said he planned to have the new location open July 1. The new space will include a restaurant, rooftop garden and a contract keg-filling station for out-of-state wineries.
