the challenge
After turning his name into a successful wine brand, Paul Hobbs needed a home for making wine with his estate grapes as
well as those sourced from vineyards in Napa and Sonoma counties. Hobbs built his winery in 2003. The philosophy at Hobbs'
winery is to use as little processing as possible to best reflect the vineyards.
