The patented shipper is designed to fit the majority of 750ml wine bottles with weight-bearing protection to keep them secure regardless of the orientation of the carton dur- ing shipping. The UP Standing shipper features four compo- nents: a molded fiber tray at top, corrugated partition in the mid- dle, another molded fiber tray at the bottom, all surrounded by an outer carton. In addition to keep- ing bottles secure, the carton is designed to make packing quicker and easier. The POS can be used by winery staff to process tasting room orders, streamline workflow and leverage existing data to efficiently help customers. According to Commerce7, the system can accept payment via EMV chip and pin cards, or mobile wallets. The cloud-connected POS allows for staff to access all exist- ing customer data such as lifetime order value, last order date and active club memberships at the register. The manufac- turer reports that the new model features the company's patented boiler technology with an improved LCD display and a larger onboard water tank, easier access to all internal parts and larger wheels for easier maneuvering. WISE describes the new service as not the typical roundtable discussion group but an invitation-only "cabinet" of peers. The small groups will offer professional insights, support and WISE program protocols to ensure an effective environment for idea exchange. Each cabinet will include 10 to 12 peer members plus a certified WISE moderator. Now in its 10th year of business, WISE also introduced customized coaching packages for wineries to develop best practices, measure results and elevate their company service standards.
