If your toler- ance for oxyge n is not that critical, and you want to know about oxygen in your wines, this meter is one of the most cost-ef- fective ways of having that func- tionality in your winery. The meter has a straightfor- ward calibration procedure: Hanna Instruments includes the pH 4.0 calibration buffer as well as a pH 3.0 buffer for the wine industry.
