What's New: Boerger now offers the industry-
proven Blueline rotary lobe pumps in a light-
weight portable cart-mounted design. This
mobile pump can be safely and efficiently
moved throughout the winery, from tank to
tank. The minimal shear and low-pulsation
operation allows the pumps to gently convey
grapes, must, lees, pomace, etc. Reversible
functionality allows for easy operational
cleaning. Quickly connect hoses to the
pump flanges, and you are ready to go.

What's New: New for 2017 vintage, ECLAT
"Hydro" barrels from Jean-Christophe Var-
ron. The barrels are produced with French
oak staves that are steamed using magne-
tized water in a pressurized, high-tempera-
ture tank. After the "Hydro" treatment, the
staves are steam bent and toasted via pro-
prietary ceramic radiant-heat technology.
The fine-grain barrels are toasted and pro-
duced without ever coming into contact
with fire. Hydro barrels provide an excep-
tionally smooth, fluid, elegant contribution
to the wine.
