Unified Wine
& Grape Symposium
Thousands of wine industry profes-
sionals descended on Sacramento,
Calif., during the final week of January
for North America's largest trade event
catering to wine industry workers and
suppliers. Educational sessions and
a jam-packed trade show floor were
popular features at the 23rd Unified
Wine & Grape Symposium hosted by
the American Society for Enology and
Viticulture and the California Associa-
tion of Winegrape Growers.
Milan Vujnic is the winemaker and vineyard man-
ager at Truro Vineyards and South Hollow Spirits.
