Fullmer, member of the Yavapai- Apache Nation, has introduced his new brand, Fire Mountain Wines. Made in Page Springs, Ariz., Fire Mountain Red "Earth" and Fire Mountain White "Wind" are made from grapes grown on ancestral Apache lands in Arizona's Verde Valley, while the third wine, "Fire," originates from grapes grown in and around Paso Robles and the San Antonio Valley on an- Ore. Enso's 2011 release will consist of 475 cases with plans to more than double production for 2012.
