BONDED YEAR 1997 THE CHALLENGE
For nearly a decade, the "tasting room" at Tablas Creek Vineyard was an improvised space in an area that had been intended to be a lobby. The winery's fast growth had also outpaced the winery's production capacity. When the owners realized they'd make it through the 2008 re- cession, they launched a project to expand production space and add a modern and spacious tasting room. The $2.5 million project added 8,000 square feet to the winery.
