C onsumer expenditures for domestic still and sparkling wine rose 3% in the 12 months through February, according to Wines Vines Analytics and BW166.com, which combines on- and off- premise figures including DtC sales. On-premise sales grew 9% in 12 months and off-premise less than 1%. In February alone, expenditures grew just 1% compared to a year ago. BW166 founder Jon Mora- marco said this appeared to reflect eco- nomic weakness.
