Michael Beaulac Winemaker and General Manager, Pine Ridge Vineyards Tasting Lab: Cooperage style and Matching Oak to Terroir After working nearly 30 harvests, Beaulac is an expert on matching wines to oak. He will lead a technical tasting exploring four wines from four separate appellations in Napa Valley and discuss how he matches each to a specific cooperage after extensive trials.
