Financing creates new possibilities
The property that Sera Fina Cellars sits
on was originally a country home. Scotto
began leasing it in 2010 and has done a lot
of work to transform it into a commercial
winery and hospitality center, including
expanding the driveway and adding a
parking lot, improving ADA access and
adding a 3,000-square-foot patio that
overlooks the foothills. Landscaping and
two bocce courts have been added.
