Adams Label acquires two companies Adams Label Co. of Westlake Village, Calif., announced its acquisition of LabelOne Con- nect in Beaverton, Ore., and Bonham Label Co. in Livermore, Calif. Adams Label Co. is a new venture seeking to acquire more firms in the wine label business serving key wine regions of the United States, according to a news release from the firm. The company is affiliated with the Adams Wine Group. Artex Label & Graphics earns certification Artex Label & Graphics in Zeeland, Mich., announced it had been awarded full certifica- tion by Graphic Measures International. The certification process for Artex focused on the efficiency of several components: process con- trol, equipment maintenance, training proce- dures, operator capability and equipment performance. ARS/Swash represents Byotrol sanitizers The Santa Fe Springs, Calif.-based ARS/Swash Sanitizing Equipment division of ARS Enter- prises Inc. has been named exclusive distribu- tor of Byotrol chemical sanitizers to wineries, breweries and distilleries throughout North America. The chemistry inherent in the Byo- trol products prevent microbes from attaching to surfaces at a microscopic level. A micro-poly- mer displaces the biofilm that allows microbes to attach to surfaces. Details: cleanwinery.com. Admeo to represent BioSystems products Admeo Inc. of Hollister, Calif., announced that it is representing Barcelona, Spain-based BioSystems SA's complete line of enology products for the United States. Admeo offers BioSystems' automated random access ana- lyzers and reagents dedicated to the wine in- dustry. BioSystems is a partner in Admeo.
