After decades of making award-winning sparkling wines, the Davies family behind Schramsberg Vineyards sought a new
facility to produce high-end reds from grapes grown at their Diamond Mountain estate. The solution presented itself in unlikely
packaging: a former car dealership. And with only a few months until harvest, the transformation needed to be completed fast.
