Brothers Daniel and Georges Daou sought to recreate the greatest vintages of Bordeaux with California's consistent weather
and the calcareous soils of Paso Robles, Calif. The pair built a new winery, planted an extensive hillside estate vineyard and
recently purchased an adjacent winery to complement production.
