Long Shadows' founder Allen Shoup is as
passionate about art as he is wine, and the
Chihuly Room (a 1,075-square-foot tasting
area) is the latest iteration of Allen's ongoing commitment to both. An art collector
himself, Allen formed a friendship with
famed glass artist Dale Chihuly in the mid1980s, and a collection of Chihuly's art—including a magnificent chandelier and other
custom pieces—is on display in an on-site
area that is open by appointment.
